近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,南方电网企业也有了较快的发展,而且对于管理及其标准化建设,提出了更高的要求。供电企业管理过程中,应当转变传统的管理理念,以标准为体,采取精益化管理模式,全面推进管理工作向精益化转型。本文将对供电企业精益化管理目标进行分析,并在此基础上就如何建设精益化管理体系,谈一下个人的观点和认识。
In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, the enterprises of China Southern Power Grid have also developed rapidly, and put forward higher requirements for the management and standardization. During the process of power supply enterprise management, we should change the traditional management concept, take the standard as the body, adopt the lean management mode and promote the management work to the lean transformation in an all-round way. This article will analyze the goal of lean management of power supply enterprises, and on this basis, how to build a lean management system, talk about personal views and understanding.
