市场经济条件下,企业之间的竞争愈发激烈,人力资源成为了企业重要的战略性资源,这就促使企业必须转变传统的人事管理观念,通过推动人事管理改革,重视人力资源开发与利用,从而提高企业市场竞争力。本文对现代企业劳动人事管理的转变以及人事管理模式的构建进行研究,期望对发挥人事管理在企业发展中的作用有所帮助。
