萝卜一般秋季栽培,供应秋冬季市场。“立春”后萝卜开始糠心,失去商品价值。近几年,随着人民生活水平的提高,春夏季萝卜在市场上也很走俏。为适应市场变化,济南市历城区蔬菜局及时引进适宜冬春季种植的萝卜新品种,并进行品种筛选和配套栽培技术研究,现已取得冬春季萝卜栽培的成功。一、选用优良品种萝卜冬春季栽培,应选择适宜冬春季播种,质脆、味甜、纤维少、冬性强、抗抽薹、丰产的品种。经近几年栽培实践,适宜品种主要有早春大(小)根(韩国)、四月早生(日本)、春早生(山东省农科院蔬菜所)等品种。单株重1~2kg,白皮白肉,适宜鲜食和酒店刻花用。亩产鲜萝卜达4000~5000kg。

Plant weight 1 ~ 2kg, white white meat, suitable for fresh and hotel carved flowers. Fresh produce up to 4000 ~ 5000kg per mu.
