随着社会的不断进步,人类社会已进入知识经济时代。受科技进步影响,人力资源的档案管理工作也成为了管理科学里的一个分支,并且得到了迅捷、快速的大发展。为能够适应我国市场经济体制的潮流,各类各级人力资源的档案管理部门都经过转变其服务理念,不断研究探索改进传统档案的管理体制。本文就目前我国人力资源方面的档案管理弊端进行分析,人力资源的档案工作特点,提出要加强档案管理工作的远景意识和服务意识,分析目前档案管理存在的问题。
With the continuous progress of society, human society has entered the era of knowledge economy. Affected by advances in science and technology, the management of human resources files has also become a branch of management science, and has been rapid, rapid development. In order to be able to adapt to the tide of the market economy in our country, the archives management departments of all kinds of human resources at all levels have changed their service philosophy and constantly studied and explored ways to improve the management system of traditional archives. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the file management in human resources in our country and the characteristics of the file work of human resources. It puts forward that we should strengthen the long-term consciousness and service awareness of the file management and analyze the existing problems in file management.
