概述我厂生产的透视用X光机的机头筒零件(图1),过去采用的生产工艺是分别加工筒壁与筒底再焊为一体,后改用双动拉伸压力机(JA45—100)整体拉伸。经计算,整体加工需要三次拉伸,我们结合该设备设计了三套拉伸模,经反复实践修正终于将该零件拉伸成形。其三次拉伸成形见图2。拉伸模的原始结构第一次拉伸模原始结构见图3。主要由凸模、凹模、压边圈、顶出器、上下模板等组成。试模结果:①压边圈压料力不均,制件一
