根据《全国水资源综合规划技术细则》,河道外生态环境是指河道外陆域以及不与河道之间相通的湿地、湖泊、绿地等。河道外生态是我国西北干旱区城市健康发展的重要生态屏障,水资源作为河道外生态赖以生存的最重要因素,它的保证程度直接影响着河道外生态功能的发挥。为了保证河道外生态环境用水需求,维持生态服务功能,要研究符合区域实际的计算方法,合理确定河道外生态环境用水量,为区域水资源合理配置提出理论依据。文章以位于沙漠边缘的新疆克拉玛依市为研究区域,提出适宜克拉玛依市河道外生态需水计算方法,计算2010—2015年克拉玛依市河道外生态需水量,并与实际统计的用水量对比分析,说明计算方法的合理性。
According to the “Technical Regulations for Comprehensive Planning of National Water Resources,” the ecological environment outside the river refers to wetlands, lakes, green spaces and the like in the outlying land areas of the river channels and not in communication with the river channels. The ecological environment outside the river course is an important ecological barrier to healthy urban development in the arid region of northwestern China. Water resources, as the most important factor to survive outside the river course, has a direct impact on the ecological functions outside the river course. In order to ensure the ecological environment water demand outside the river and to maintain the ecological service function, it is necessary to study the calculation methods in line with the actual conditions in the region and to rationally determine the water consumption outside the river and provide a theoretical basis for the rational allocation of regional water resources. Based on the Karamay city located in the desert of Xinjiang as the research area, this paper puts forward the calculation method of ecological water demand suitable for the river in Karamay City, and calculates the ecological water demand outside the river course in Karamay from 2010 to 2015 and compares it with the actual statistical water consumption, The rationality of the method.
