改革开放的不断深入,我国的家族企业已经成为了支撑国民经济中非要重要的一部分。对解决国民就业、促进经济发展有着关键的推动作用。从某种程度上而言,我国的家族企业带有一定的“人治”色彩,也就容易导致在人力资源管理的过程中出现一些问题,影响到家族企业的发展。为了能够帮助我国家族企业在现代化发展的道路上表现出良好的发展态势,本文在分析成熟度模型的基础上利用该模型分析某家族企业在人力资源管理中存在的问题,并提出一定的对策,旨在为规正家族企业人力资源管理道路提供一定的参考。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, China’s family-run enterprises have become an important part of supporting the national economy. It has a key role in promoting people’s employment and promoting economic development. To a certain extent, the family-owned enterprises in our country have a certain “rule of man” color, which can easily lead to some problems in the process of human resources management and affect the development of family-owned enterprises. In order to help Chinese family-owned enterprises show a good development trend on the road to modernization, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of human resources of a family-owned business based on the analysis of the maturity model and puts forward some countermeasures. The purpose is to provide some reference for regulating the human resource management of family-owned enterprises.
