The bulldozers and excavators such as the UH083, MS140-2, and R912 introduced from Japan, the United States, and the Federal Republic of Germany have a roller assembly (see Figure 1) that directly processes the floating seal chamber, dimensions, and position accuracy on the wheel body. The demand is high. Therefore, the following process routes were developed: roughing → welding → tempering → finishing. The floating seal chamber must be processed to the drawing required size during finishing, and the floating seal chamber processed by the original wheel fixture cannot be used.
