当前很多学校都实施了校本研究,但有些学校无具体计划、无明确目标,有不落实、不到位的现象。一些学校尽管也强调集体备课,但集体备课异化为集体办公,相互听课,往往只听不评,或者评课无反思,无行动跟进,没有达到改进教学、提高质量、促进教师发展的目的。要提高校本教研的实效性,校本教研就要有明确的主题,能不断地改进教师的教学,并让教师在这个过程中得到发展。
At present, many schools carry out school-based research. However, some schools have no specific plan, no definite target and no implementation or inadequate implementation. Although some schools also emphasize collective lesson preparation, collective lesson preparation alienates into a collective office, listening to each other, often only hearing no comment, or failing to reflect on the assessment of the lesson and failing to follow up with the action, failing to achieve the goal of improving teaching, improving quality and promoting teacher development. To improve the effectiveness of school-based teaching and research, school-based teaching and research should have a clear theme, be able to continuously improve teachers’ teaching and allow teachers to develop in the process.
