“生成”是时代的最强音,“生成性思维”是当代教学论研究的思维走向。以生成性思维为基础的生成性教学是教师根据课堂中的互动状态及时地调整教学思路和教学行为的教学形态。其基本理念可以概括为:关注表现性目标,关注具体的教学过程,关注教学事件,关注互动的教学方法,关注教学过程的附加价值。与此相反,“预成性思维”视域下的“律规性教学”由于过于关注教学规律的实现而对师生的能动性以及教学中的互动性重视不够,使原本丰富的教学过程成了线性的教学流程,它封杀了教学中教师的机动空间,阻碍了学生创造力的生成。要实现教学的变革,首当其冲的是要实现思维方式的变革。这便是本期“深度视点”栏目关注上外静安外国语小学课堂教学改革的理由!
