为揭示薄煤层短壁综采工作面石灰岩老顶破断规律,实现顶板管理安全经济,运用理论计算、数值模拟及现场观测等分析了顶板初次破断步距特征及矿压显现规律。研究表明老顶初次、周期来压步距分别为40.7 m及15.5 m,动载系数在1.25左右,石灰岩老顶随工作面推进呈现典型的“O-X”型破断及“见方垮落”特征,采用大功率综采设备推进速度快,来压影响时间、范围明显减小,呈现整体来压特征。
In order to reveal the rupture law of the limestone old roof of short-wall fully mechanized coal mining face and realize the safe and economical roof management, the roof rupture characteristics and the law of pressure were analyzed by theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and field observation. The study shows that for the first time, the pressure steps are 40.7 m and 15.5 m respectively, and the dynamic load coefficient is about 1.25. The old limestone top has a typical “OX” type breakage and “collapse” "Features, using high-power fully mechanized mining equipment to promote fast, to pressure affect the time, the scope was significantly reduced, showing the overall pressure characteristics.
