目的:探讨持续质量改进在眼科护理管理中的应用效果,为更好地提高眼科护理质量提供参考依据。方法:浙江省台州市第一人民医院眼科自2013年5月起引入持续质量改进。通过建立质量改进小组,明确责任分工,确定改进项目,完善质量改进流程,全面落实持续质量改进。对比分析实施持续质量改进前后眼科护理质量、操作技术考核达标率以及患者对护理满意度情况。结果:实施后眼科护理质量与操作技术考核达标率较之前有明显提高(P<0.05),且实施后患者对护理满意度较之前有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:在临床护理管理中应用持续质量改进,能够明显提高护理质量,提升操作技术考核达标率,进而提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the application of continuous quality improvement in ophthalmology nursing management and to provide a reference for better quality of ophthalmic nursing. Methods: The First People’s Hospital of Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province since May 2013 introduced continuous quality improvement. Through the establishment of quality improvement team, a clear division of responsibilities, to determine improvement projects, improve the quality improvement process, the full implementation of continuous quality improvement. The quality of ophthalmological care, the compliance rate of operation technique and the satisfaction of patients with nursing before and after the continuous quality improvement were compared and analyzed. Results: After the implementation, the quality of Ophthalmic Nursing and Operation Technical Assessment reached a markedly higher standard (P <0.05), and the patient satisfaction with Nursing was significantly higher than before (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of continuous quality improvement in clinical nursing management can significantly improve the quality of nursing care, enhance the compliance rate of operating technical assessment, and improve patient satisfaction.
