现代工业和经济发展的结果，促使生产厂更注意提高产品的综合经济效果，这不仅要求不断提高产品的性能和质量，而且要求产品的品种发展具有更大的适应性，满足用户的不同加工特性和生产批量的要求。当前机床工业正处于“以质量求生存，以品种求发展”的关键时刻，因此采用模块化设计方法将对品种发展起积极推动作用。本文经一机部机床设计工作研究班讨论定稿，作为开展这方面工作的一个指导性资料，在今后机床产品设计中必须注意积极贯彻和推广这一方法。并希望不断总结经验以利交流和提高。
As a result of modern industry and economic development, manufacturers are urged to pay more attention to improving the comprehensive economic effect of products, which not only requires continuous improvement of product performance and quality, but also requires greater adaptability of product varieties to meet different processing characteristics of users And the production batch requirements.
