目前评价聚乙烯压力管材抗快速裂纹扩展(RCP)性能的测试方法有2种,全比例试验(FS)和小比例稳态试验(S4方法)。相比FS方法,S4方法更简便和可控。研究了S4方法的影响因素,包括管材尺寸、样品安装时间、冲击速度等因素对RCP试验结果的影响。同时也研究了RCP性能和简支梁冲击强度及其他物理机械性能的关系。
At present, there are two kinds of test methods for evaluating the resistance to rapid crack propagation (RCP) of polyethylene pressure pipes. Full-scale test (FS) and small-scale steady-state test (S4 method). The S4 method is easier and more controllable than the FS method. The influencing factors of S4 method were studied, including the influence of pipe size, sample installation time, impact velocity and other factors on the RCP test results. The relationship between RCP properties and Charpy impact strength and other physical and mechanical properties was also studied.
