利用脂肪酶Lipozyme TLIM、Lipozyme RMIM、Novozyme435进行高酸值油脱酸研究,发现脂肪酶Novozyme435脱酸效果最好。对脂肪酶Novozyme435催化高酸值油脱酸反应进行单因素试验,结果表明:在甲醇添加量为理论添加量的3倍、酶添加量为油重的0.7%,体系初始水分含量不超过0.3%,反应温度50℃,反应时间10h条件下,高酸值油的酸值由初始的20.7(KOH)/(mg/g)降到1.3(KOH)/(mg/g),脂肪酶Novozyme435具有良好的脱酸能力,同时,脂肪酶操作稳定性试验表明,脂肪酶Novozyme435具有良好的操作稳定性。
Lipozyme TLIM, Lipozyme RMIM and Novozyme435 were used to study the deacidification of high acid value oil. Novozyme435 was found to have the best deacidification effect. The results of single factor test showed that when the amount of methanol added was 3 times the theoretical amount, the amount of enzyme added was 0.7% of oil weight and the initial moisture content of the system was less than 0.3% , The reaction temperature was 50 ℃, the reaction time was 10h, the acid value of high acid value oil decreased from initial 20.7 (KOH) / (mg / g) to 1.3 (KOH) / (mg / g), Lipase Novozyme435 had good Deacidification ability, at the same time, lipase operation stability test showed that the lipase Novozyme435 has good operational stability.
