浙江长兴煤山剖面二叠系三叠系(P/T)界线地层中的氨基酸分析结果显示,所研究样品中含有16种生物来源的氨基酸,它们的总含量在P/T界线地层及下伏地层中的分布规律是:自下而上减少,这一趋势与正常海相地层中氨基酸含量随地层年代增加而减少的规律相反。P/T界线附近氨基酸总量上的异常变化趋势可能与二叠纪末生物绝灭事件有关,即由于二叠纪末所在海域生物总量的急剧减少所致。此外,检测了被认为是地外氨基酸的α氨基异丁酸及异缬氨酸,两者在所研究的P/T界线地层中均未被发现,因而本项研究不支持二叠纪末发生地外事件的假说。
Amino acid analysis of Permian-Triassic (P / T) boundary strata in the section of Meishan, Changxing, Zhejiang Province showed that there are 16 kinds of biogenic amino acids in the studied samples, their total content is below P / T boundary line and under The distribution of volcanic strata is: decrease from bottom to top. This trend is contrary to the regularity that the content of amino acids in normal marine strata decreases with the age of strata. The trend of abnormal changes in the total amino acids near the P / T boundary may be related to the end-Permian extinction event, which is caused by the drastic reduction of the total biomass in the marine area at the end of the Permian. In addition, α-aminoisobutyric acid and iso-valine, which are considered extragalactic amino acids, were detected and both were not found in the P / T boundary strata studied. Therefore, this study does not support the end of Permian Hypothesis of extraterrestrial events.
