目的 :探讨肾衰Ⅰ号汤对腺嘌呤所致慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠预防作用。方法 :通过用腺嘌呤灌胃造成大鼠肾功能衰竭模型。用CL 72 0 0型全自动化分析仪测血BUN、Cr,用光学显微镜观察肾脏病理改变。结果 :肾衰Ⅰ号汤具有显著降低腺嘌呤所致CRF大鼠血BUN、Cr、2 4小时尿蛋白定量 ,减轻腺嘌呤对大鼠肾脏的病理损害作用。结论 :肾衰Ⅰ号汤可预防腺嘌呤所致CRF大鼠肾功能恶化 ,降低蛋白尿 ,而有效预防慢性肾衰的发生、发展。
Objective : To explore the preventive effect of Shenshuai I decoction on adenine-induced chronic renal failure rats. METHODS : Rat renal failure model was induced by intragastric administration of adenine. Blood BUN and Cr were measured with a CL 72 0 0 automatic analyzer, and the pathological changes of the kidney were observed with an optical microscope. Results: Shenshuai No. 1 Decoction significantly reduced the BUN, Cr, and 24-hour urinary protein excretion in CRF rats induced by adenine, and reduced the pathological damage of adenine to rat kidney. Conclusion: Shenshuai No. 1 Decoction can prevent renal function deterioration and proteinuria in CRF rats induced by adenine, and effectively prevent the occurrence and development of chronic renal failure.
