分析了影响PLC控制系统可靠性的主要因素,就硬件安装、配置和软件编程方面提出了提高PLC系统可靠性的有效措施。其中,硬件措施由电源的选择、输入输出的保护、完善的接地系统和PLC自身的改进4部分组成;软件措施包括提高输入输出信号的可靠性、信息的保护和恢复、互锁功能的设置、故障检测程序的设计、数据和程序的保护以及软件容错。
The main factors affecting the reliability of PLC control system are analyzed. The effective measures to improve the reliability of PLC system are put forward in terms of hardware installation, configuration and software programming. Among them, the hardware measures by the power supply, input and output protection, improve the grounding system and PLC’s own improvements 4 parts; software measures include increasing the reliability of the input and output signals, information protection and recovery, interlocking function settings, Fault detection program design, data and program protection and software fault tolerance.
