患者,女,63岁,因“咽部不适、声嘶10余天”于2008年9月22日入宜昌市中心人民医院耳鼻咽喉科。无发热、咳嗽、咳血、盗汗等。既往无糖尿病、肺结核、白血病及免疫力低下等病史。发病以来未应用抗生素。入院后行相关检查:血常规、肝肾功能、血糖、X线胸片正常。纤维喉镜检查见:双 Patients, female, 63 years old, due to “pharyngeal discomfort, hoarseness more than 10 days” in September 22, 2008 into Yichang City People’s Hospital of Otolaryngology.
