日本传统文化中的许多东西,是直接从中国移植过去的。儒家、佛家和道家的思想,特别是儒家的伦理文化,至今是日本文化传统的重要构成要素。它形成了日本企业的一种人力资源管理模式,但又不同于西方国家的个人至上;它强调群体意识,强调以人为本作为企业管理的出发点。日本企业的人力资源管理是日本企业管理的精华和最富有特色的内容之一,这一经验,不仅对日本的经济腾飞产生了巨大影响,而且对世界和我国企业发展也具有重要的借鉴意义。
Many things in Japanese traditional culture were transplanted directly from China. The Confucian, Buddhist, and Taoist ideology, especially the Confucian ethical culture, has so far been an important constituent element of the Japanese cultural tradition. It forms a human resource management model for Japanese companies, but it is different from the personal supremacy of Western countries; it emphasizes group awareness and emphasizes people-oriented as the starting point for business management. The human resources management of Japanese companies is one of the best and most characteristic content of Japanese business management. This experience has not only had a tremendous impact on Japan’s economic growth, but also has important implications for the development of the world and Chinese companies.
