对于建筑施丁企业来说，内部会计控制是一个事前、事中、事后的全面控制过程，但在实际情况中，许多企业只有事后的核算和分析，缺乏科学的事前预测和决策，缺乏事中的及时监控调整。有鉴于此，我们有必要从这个角度出发，研究建筑施工企业的现实困难及全面实行内部控制的一些方法。
