珠三角是我国参与建设“一带一路”战略的关键,量珠三角的高职教育要顺应我国“一带一路”战略和珠三角经济社会的发展而进行改革和创新,培养能够参与“海上丝绸之路”事务、具有国际竞争力的复合型人才。本文在分析珠三角高职院校、政府与产业之间协同发展存在问题的基础上,引入三螺旋模型明晰珠三角高职院校与产业、政府之间的关系,构建三方有机互动、全方位合作的三螺旋模型,为培养适应珠三角经济社会发展、具有国际竞争力的应用型人才,推动“一带一路”战略实施和珠三角高职教育与经济的协同发展进行有益探索。
The Pearl River Delta is the key to China’s strategy of participating in the construction of the “Belt and Road”. The higher vocational education in the Pearl River Delta should reform and innovate in line with China’s “Belt and Road” strategy and the economic and social development in the Pearl River Delta, “Maritime Silk Road” affairs, with international competitiveness of complex talents. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the coordinated development between the PRD higher vocational colleges and the government and industry, this paper introduces a triple helix model to clarify the relationship between the PRD higher vocational colleges and industry and government, and to build a three-way organic interaction and omni-directional The three-helix model of cooperation is beneficial for the training of applied talents with economic competitiveness and competitive power in the Pearl River Delta, promotion of the implementation of the “Belt and Road” strategy and the coordinated development of higher vocational education and economy in the Pearl River Delta.
