为了解不同海拔高度、不同植被类型土壤芽孢杆菌的分布状况和菌群多样性,以西藏色季拉山东坡土壤为研究对象,根据野外调查采样情况和实验室统计分析结果,结合GIS空间分析方法分析土壤芽孢杆菌的分布特征。结果表明:土壤芽孢杆菌数量随着海拔的升高而增加,同一海拔高度不同土层厚度土壤芽孢杆菌数量随土层深度增加而减少,土壤养分含量和土壤芽孢杆菌数量呈正相关性。
