According to a report by Fogarty NMF on October 5, 2017 [Nature, 2017, 550 (7674): 67-73.] It was reported for the first time that British scientists revealed a role for the “dominant gene” in gene-editing of human embryos . The study can help identify the causes of recurrent miscarriage and help find more effective fertility treatments. Of course, it also brings about ethical controversy - the use of such controversial gene editing techniques in the clinic to correct defects and even enhance human embryos is appropriate. Dr Niakan K of Francis Crick Inslitule led the study, which focused on fertilized eggs
