作为一名数学一线教师,经常被学生无厘头的错误给雷到,反思时常常想,自己已经讲得十分透彻的知识,为什么学生就是没能学进去呢?其实问题出在知识提取环节,在知识提取过程中需要有经验作支撑,而学生缺的恰恰就是运用经验,因此,在教授知识环节就要将经验同时植入学生的知识体系中。好的数学老师是能将生活中类他性知识运用于数学教学中,使教学产生博育的人。
