利用改进的桥梁亲本法 ,即以阿勃 5B缺体为桥梁亲本 ,分别与受体冬小麦推广品种 农大 95、京 4 11和京冬 8号 和中国春 ph1b突变体杂交 ,两个组合 F1 即 5BPh1和 5Bph1b单体 再杂交 ,后代选择5Bph1b单体与受体亲本 5BPh1单体杂交 ,仅 3个世代就获得了 3个冬小麦 ph1b中间育种系 ,在杂交转育过程中 ,我们用先前获得的 3个 SCAR标记对 5Bph1b单体进行标记辅助选择 ,其效率和可靠性均较高 ,方法简单 ,易于操作 .因此 ,利用这种杂交转育 ph1b基因的育种方法 ,结合 SCAR标记辅助选择目的基因 ,可以大大缩短小麦育种年限 ,加快育种进程
