各市、县(区)人民政府,省政府各部门:2005年,全省各地、各部门、各企业以科学发展观为指导,以工业全面实现“三年翻一番”为新起点,坚定不移抓支柱产业、坚定不移抓工业园区、坚定不移抓招商引资,团结拼搏、锐意进取、真抓实于,工业经济保持了健康快速发展的良好态势。全省规模以上工业完成增加值828.5亿元,比上年增长23.6%;实现销售收簾2883.1亿元,比上年增长33.5%;实现利税总额275.6亿元,比上年增长35.8%,全面超额完成了年度目标。为鼓励先进,进一步推动我省工业在新的起点上,实现又快又好发展,省政府决定授予江西铜业集团公司、省电力公司、南昌市、赣县等72个单位“年度贡献奖”;授予南昌高新技术产业开发区、江西新余经济开发区、江西奉新工业园区等18个单位“园区发展专项奖”;授予江西铜业集团公司、新余钢铁有限责任公司、江铃汽车集团公司等10个单位“江西工业十强企业”称号;授予青山湖区、贵溪市、南昌县等10个单位“江西工业十强县(市、区)”称号;授予何昌明、涂建民、王锡高等10人
