为了解不同类型SCI所致脊髓腹角形态学变化的差异 ,6 0只成年SD大鼠被随机分为 4组 :正常(ISC)组、挤压 (cSCI)组、半切 (hSCI)组和全切 (tSCI)组各 15只 .制作SCI模型 ,术后 2 4h ,7d取损伤尾侧脊髓 (L3)制作冰冻切片 ,苏木精染色后观察组织形态变化并计数腹角神经元数 .结果 :SCI的病理改变 ,cSCI组主要是神经元胞体萎缩 ,而hSCI组和tSCI组则见大量空泡 .各时相各组间腹角神经元数的比较通过q检验 ,cSCI组与ISC组无明显差异 (P >0 0 5) ,而hSCI组和tSCI组均较ISC组明显减少 (P <0 0 5) .且从 2 4h至 7d ,神经元数又进一步减少 (P <0 0 5) .结果提示 ,cSCI,hSCI,tSCI后果明显不同 .
To understand the morphological changes of the ventral horn of the spinal cord induced by different types of SCI, 60 adult SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal (ISC) group, squeeze (cSCI) group, hSCI group (TSCI group), 15 rats in each group were given SCI model, and the injured spinal cord (L3) was harvested at 24 hours and 7 days after operation to make frozen sections.The histological changes were observed after hematoxylin staining and the number of neurons in ventral horn was counted.Results: The pathological changes of SCI were mainly atrophy of neuronal somatic cells in cSCI group and a large number of vacuoles in hSCI group and tSCI group.Comparison of ventral horn neurons in each group by q test showed no significant difference between cSCI group and ISC group (P <0.05), while the number of neurons in hSCI group and tSCI group was significantly lower than that in ISC group (P <0.05), and the number of neurons was further decreased from 24 h to 7 d (P <0.05). The results suggest that, cSCI, hSCI, tSCI significantly different consequences.
