高职院校以培养学生技能为主,着重于学生动手能力实践能力的培养。但目前高职院校的部分老师从学校毕业到学校,自身缺乏实践经验,很难胜任高职院校的教学工作;且由于条件的限制,教师接受培训的机会又少,更限制了教师技能的掌握。高职院校应采取一些措施,去建设“双师”型及技能型教师团队,为学校的发展奠定扎实的基础。
