在金融危机的影响,世界各国经济停滞不前,我国的出口型经济也面临着转型的压力下,受此影响,我国的劳动关系也变得日益多样化和复杂化,同时,也产生了许多新的矛盾。因此,对于企业人力资源而言,如何处理好我国劳动关系领域出现的这些新问题成为当务之急。基于此,本文主要从理论和现实两个层面对当今我国企业人力资源在应对劳动关系变化方面产生的问题进行了细致的分析,希冀能为促进我国企业的平稳健康发展有所助益。
Affected by the financial crisis, the economies of various countries in the world have been stagnating. Under the pressure of restructuring, China’s export-oriented economy is also under the influence of its transformation. As a result, the labor relations in our country have become increasingly diversified and complicated. At the same time, many have also been produced New contradictions. Therefore, for the enterprise human resources, how to deal with these new problems in the field of labor relations in our country becomes a top priority. Based on this, this article mainly analyzes the problems that the human resources of enterprises in our country are facing in response to the change of labor relation from two aspects of theory and reality, hoping to help to promote the steady and healthy development of our country’s enterprises.
