基础管理工作是企业的地基,是促进企业全面、协调与可持续发展的重要基石,昆仑能源湖北分公司经过重组改革与发展,已初步形成了具有天然气终端综合利用特色的管理模式,基础管理工作根基牢固。但是,对各项基础工作的对比与评价环节的缺失限制了分公司基础工作的进一步优化升级,为此,本文对构建分公司基础工作评价机制进行了思考,对各项基础工作的评价内容进行了分析、阐述。
