目的 观察添加 1%异麦芽寡糖对从正常人阑尾标本中分离的双歧杆菌、乳杆菌和类杆菌的体外促生长作用。方法 分别在培养前和培养 12、2 4、36 h或 48h,用 72 1分光光度计和 p H计测定培养液OD值和 p H值变化。结果 接种双歧杆菌的培养液 OD值从 0 .12 8增加到 1.7,p H值由 7.1降到 4.2 ,增殖效果与添加 1%葡萄糖相当。接种乳杆菌的培养液 OD值从 0 .17增加到 0 .85 ,p H值由 7.0降到 4.8,增殖效果低于添加 1%葡萄糖。接种类杆菌的培养液 OD值从 0 .10 5增加到 1.6 5 ,p H值由 7.1降到 5 .1,增殖较果高于添加 1%萄萄糖。结论 添加 1%异麦芽寡糖具有促进肠道分离菌双歧杆菌、乳杆菌和类杆菌生长的作用。
Objective To observe the growth promoting effect of 1% isomalto-oligosaccharide on Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Bacteroides isolated from normal appendix specimens. Methods The changes of OD value and p H value in culture medium before and 12, 24, 36, or 48 hours were measured by 72 1 spectrophotometer and p H meter respectively. Results Inoculated with Bifidobacterium OD value increased from 0.128 to 1.7, p H value decreased from 7.1 to 4.2, the proliferation effect is equivalent to adding 1% glucose. The OD value of the inoculation medium of Lactobacillus increased from 0.17 to 0.85, the value of p H decreased from 7.0 to 4.8, and the proliferation effect was lower than that of adding 1% glucose. The OD value of the bacterium inoculated with Bacillus subtilis increased from 0.105 to 1.6 5, the p H value decreased from 7.1 to 5.1, and the proliferation was higher than that of 1% glucose. Conclusion The addition of 1% isomalto-oligosaccharide can promote the growth of intestinal bacteria Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Bacteroides.
