将稀土铈和钆分别加入钛铝二元铸造合金, 加入量为0 .05 ~0 .5 % .研究了铈和钆的加入对合金组织和晶粒尺寸的影响. 结果表明,加入稀土的铸锭具有三区组织: 铸锭表层细小的等轴晶区, 离开表层的柱状晶区和心部的粗大等轴晶区; 铸锭热处理后得到全片层组织. 不加稀土合金的等轴晶晶粒平均尺寸不小于1400μm , 加铈和钆的合金晶粒的平均尺寸分别为440μm 和410μm . 热压后, 加入0 . 15 % 钆的合金具有更细小的全片层等轴晶粒, 其平均尺寸为140μ
The rare earth cerium and gadolinium were added titanium aluminum binary casting alloy, the amount of 0. 05 ~ 0. 5%. The effect of addition of cerium and gadolinium on the microstructure and grain size of the alloy was investigated. The results show that the rare earth ingot has three zones: small equiaxed zone in ingot surface, left columnar zone in the surface layer and coarse equiaxed zone in the heart zone. The whole sheet is obtained after the ingot is heat treated.
