人才派遣通过构建社会人才资源共享平台,将人才产权从单位所有制中剥离出来,使人才资源在社会上得到有效配置。中国旅游业的发展面临着旅游人才匮乏、旅游人力资源整体素质不高的问题。旅游业可以通过人才派遣等新型用人模式,充分利用社会资源,有效解决旅游业人力资源供给不足、降低旅游企业人力资源成本并根据市场状况合理地进行人力资源配置。
Talent Dispatch By building a social platform for sharing human resources, the property rights of individuals are spun off from the unit ownership system, so that human resources can be effectively allocated in the society. The development of China’s tourism industry is facing the shortage of tourist personnel and the low overall quality of tourism human resources. The tourism industry can make full use of social resources and effectively solve the shortage of supply of human resources in tourism industry, reduce the human resource cost of tourism enterprises and rationally allocate human resources according to the market conditions through such new employment modes as talent dispatch.
