半个多世纪以来,在世界各国,以鱼类动物作为医学生物学(包括实验肿瘤学)等领域的实验研究对象的报告日渐增多。在国内,也曾有过一些遗传学和胚胎学方面的工作。但是,本文作者还没有找到以金鱼作为引癌对象的报道,我们试图应用金鱼建立肝脏肿瘤模型,作为可疑致癌物检测工作的准备。现将初步结果报告如下。材料和方法实验动物:取市售的金鱼102尾作为实验对象。都在6月龄左右,雌雄皆有。将它们随机分为实验组(87尾)和对照组(15尾),分置无毒塑料缸中,按常规淡水鱼类饲养方法料理。室内避光。水质:pH 7;水温介于5~24℃之间。在整个实验过程中只投给鱼虫
For more than half a century, reports of experimental studies of fish animals in the fields of medical biology (including experimental oncology) have been increasing in many countries in the world. In China, there have been some genetics and embryology work. However, the authors of this article have not yet found a report on goldfish as a target for carcinogenesis. We tried to establish a liver tumor model using goldfish as a preparation for detection of suspected carcinogens. The preliminary results are reported below.
