利用碳纤维优良的导电特性,结合PCC-AC复合式路面结构,研究在道路用水泥混凝土中添加碳纤维,通过电热升温效应,减轻冬季低温、冰雪对路面造成的损害。试验表明:碳纤维掺入量为水泥质量的6%时,混凝土抗压性能稍有降低,但抗折性能有较大提高,稳定期电阻率可以降低至32Ω.cm,在冬季室温12℃升温试验、低温-16℃除冰试验中,PCC层和AC层表面均获得了较好的升温、除冰效果。
Based on the excellent conductive properties of carbon fiber and the PCC-AC composite pavement structure, carbon fibers are added into the cement concrete for road use. The electric heating effect is used to reduce the damage caused by the low temperature in winter and snow and ice on the pavement. The results show that when the amount of carbon fiber is 6% of the mass of cement, the compressive strength of concrete decreases slightly, but the flexural resistance is greatly improved, and the resistivity of stable phase can be reduced to 32Ω.cm. In the winter temperature of 12 ℃ , Low temperature -16 ℃ de-icing test, PCC layer and AC layer surface get better warming, deicing effect.
