某厂220t转炉为抑制喷溅采用了瘦长炉型,按全正力矩原则确定耳轴位置时正力矩过大,按正负力矩等值原则确定耳轴位置时负力矩又较大,从工程实际角度出发,希望正负力矩的值与前面结果相比都相对低一些,因此需要按照将新炉最大正力矩值控制在某一特定范围之内来确定耳轴位置。通过实例计算,给出了这种按特定力矩要求确定耳轴位置的方法,同时分析了炉型对倾动力矩的具体影响,为转炉设计提供参考。
