目的 应用金标免疫反应、建立快速诊断猪囊尾蚴病诊断试剂。方法 通过对金微颗粒标记猪囊尾蚴特异性蛋白分子物质,与待测样本中相对应蛋白质进行抗原抗体免疫结合,检测猪囊尾蚴特异性抗原或抗体。结呆 检测32份临床确诊猪囊尾蚴病患者血清CAg和CAb的敏感性分别为93.75％和87.5％,检测8份肺吸虫病、肺吸虫病、旋毛虫病者和10份健康者血清的CAg和CAb均为阴性,特异性100％。检测最低蛋白含量为0.2μg/ml。结论 金标快速检测试剂对猪囊尾蚴病具有高特异、高敏感、高稳定、操作简便的诊断价值。
Objective To establish a rapid diagnostic reagent for diagnosis of cysticercosis by gold standard immunoreactions. Methods Specific antigenic or antibody against cysticercus cellulosae was detected by immunoprecipitation of the antigen-antibody against the corresponding protein in the sample to be tested. The susceptivity of serum CAg and CAb in 32 clinically diagnosed cysticercosis patients were 93.75% and 87.5%, respectively. The serum CAg of 8 paragonimiasis, paragonimiasis, trichinosis and 10 healthy persons And CAb were negative, specific 100%. Detection of the lowest protein content of 0.2μg / ml. Conclusion The gold standard rapid detection reagent for cysticercosis has high specificity, high sensitivity, high stability, easy to use diagnostic value.
