采用薄层层析对处方中赤芍、延胡索 ,川芎进行定性鉴别 ;采用薄层扫描法对样品中黄芪进行含量测定。此法可行 ,结果可靠 ,可作为该制剂的质量指标 Thin-layer chromatography was used to qualitatively identify Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Corydalis yanhusuo, and Rhizoma Chuanxiong. The contents of jaundice in samples were determined by thin-layer scanning. This method is feasible and reliable as a quality indicator of the preparation.
