报道６２例人工晶体植入术后前膜形成１４例，发生率为２５％。前膜的形成、形成时间及类型与白内障种类有关。外伤性白内障术后易发生前膜，一般于术后１～５天出现，大多为中厚膜；老年性白内障术后前膜一般发生于术后７～８天，多为半透明薄膜。试用地塞米松，５－ＦＵ联合球结膜下注射使大多数前膜在发生后１周内吸收。对前膜的易患因素和处理进行了讨论
Reported 62 cases of intraocular lens implantation in the anterior membrane formation in 14 cases, the incidence was 25%. The formation of the anterior membrane, the time and type of formation are related to the type of cataract. Traumatic cataract prone to pre-film, usually in 1 to 5 days after surgery, mostly in the thick film; senile cataract after the anterior film usually occurs in 7 to 8 days after surgery, mostly translucent film. Trial dexamethasone, 5-FU conjunctival subconjunctival injection most of the anterior membrane within 1 week after the absorption. The predisposing factors and treatment of the anterior membrane are discussed
