目的了解本地区45岁以上人群同型半胱氨酸水平,为制定慢性病防治策略提供科学依据。方法选取45岁以上健康体检者作为对象,抽取静脉血,用全自动生化分析仪通过每循环法测同型半胱氨酸浓度。结果 623例45岁以上体检人群血清同型半胱氨酸平均水平为(20.3±14.0)μmol/L,男性434例,平均水平为(23.0±15.5)μmol/L,女性189例,平均水平为(14.3±6.8)μmol/L。结论周口地区45岁以上人群血清同型半胱氨酸水平明显高于文献报道其他地区健康体检者。
Objective To understand the homocysteine level in people over 45 in the region and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of chronic diseases. Methods The subjects over 45 years of age were selected as subjects, venous blood was drawn, and the homocysteine concentration was measured by each cycle method with an automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The average level of homocysteine in the 623 cases over the age of 45 was (20.3 ± 14.0) μmol / L, with 434 males, with an average of (23.0 ± 15.5) μmol / L and 189 females, with an average level of 14.3 ± 6.8) μmol / L. Conclusion Serum homocysteine levels in people over 45 years old in Zhoukou area were significantly higher than those in other regions of the country.
