目的统计分析横县食品风险监测工作情况,总结成功经验,为食品安全风险预警、监督管理提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性流行病学调查方法对横县2008-2011年实施食品风险监测资料进行统计分析。结果共抽检食品657份,合格率为84.2%。食源性致病菌监测各类食品320份,分离出金葡萄球菌2株,其他病原菌未分离出,检出率0.6%。食源性疾病临床哨点监测腹泻病人标本280份,检出致病菌3株,检出率1.1%。2008-2011年横县共发生食物中毒5起,中毒人数20人,均为家庭、散发,无重大食物中毒发生,无异常疾病报告。结论横县食品总体上还是安全可靠的,但部分食品合格率极低,食品安全风险形势仍较严峻,各部门应加强监督管理。
Objective To analyze the status of food risk monitoring in Heng County and summarize the successful experience so as to provide a scientific basis for early warning and supervision of food safety risks. Methods A retrospective epidemiological survey method was used to conduct statistical analysis of food risk monitoring data in Hengxian from 2008 to 2011. Results A total of 657 samples of food sampling, the passing rate of 84.2%. 320 food-borne pathogenic bacteria were detected in all kinds of food, 2 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated, and other pathogens were not isolated, the detection rate was 0.6%. Foodborne disease clinical sentinel surveillance of 280 patients with diarrhea specimens, detection of 3 pathogens, the detection rate of 1.1%. From 2008 to 2011, there were 5 food poisoning cases and 20 poisoning cases in Hengxian County. All of them were families, distributed without major food poisoning and had no abnormal disease reports. Conclusion Hengxian food is generally safe and reliable, but some of the food pass rate is very low, the food safety risk situation is still grim, and all departments should strengthen supervision and management.
