目的 了解哮喘患者白细胞介素 10 (IL 10 )、γ 干扰素 (IFN γ)水平与IgE生成的关系。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)检测 30例哮喘患者和 2 0例健康人外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)培养上清液中IL 10和IFN γ的含量以及血浆中IL 10、IFN γ和IgE的水平 ,并进行相关性研究。结果 哮喘组PBMC培养上清液中IL 10与IFN γ含量显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1,P <0 .0 1)。哮喘组血浆中IL 10、IFN γ含量显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,血浆IgE含量显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。哮喘组患者血浆中IL 10、IFN γ含量和IgE浓度呈负相关 (r1=-0 .31,r2 =-0 .5 0 )。结论 IL 10、IFN γ在哮喘患者IgE的产生过程中起抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between interleukin 10 (IL 10), interferon gamma (IFN γ) levels and IgE production in asthmatic patients. Methods The levels of IL-10 and IFN-γ in the supernatant of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of 30 asthmatic patients and 20 healthy controls were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and the levels of IL-10, IFN- IgE levels, and conduct correlation studies. Results The levels of IL-10 and IFN-γin PBMC culture supernatant of asthma group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01, P <0.01). The levels of IL-10 and IFN-γ in the asthma group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01, P <0.05), and the plasma levels of IgE were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). The levels of IL-10 and IFN-γ in plasma of patients with asthma were negatively correlated with IgE concentrations (r1 = -0.31, r2 = -0.500). Conclusion IL 10 and IFN γ play an inhibitory role in IgE production in asthmatic patients.
