采用序批式生物膜法(SBBR)处理实际腈纶污水,研究SBBR工艺处理腈纶废水的可行性和在厌氧、好氧模式下处理腈纶废水的优化参数。结果表明,SBBR工艺对腈纶废水具有较好的处理效果,COD去除率达到50%以上;在厌氧HRT为16 h、曝气时间为5 h、DO的质量浓度为4.5 mg.L-1时,对TOC和TN的去除率分别为70%和44.9%,对特征污染物DMAC和丙烯腈的去除率为100%;腈纶废水中含有难生物降解物质,单一的靠生物处理很难达到排放标准,出水需要后续处理。
The sequencing batch biofilm method (SBBR) was used to treat the actual acrylic fiber wastewater. The feasibility of SBBR process for treating acrylic fiber wastewater was studied. The optimum parameters of acrylic fiber wastewater treatment in anaerobic and aerobic modes were studied. The results showed that SBBR had better treatment effect on acrylic fiber wastewater and the removal rate of COD was more than 50%. When the anaerobic HRT was 16 h, the aeration time was 5 h and the DO concentration was 4.5 mg.L-1 , The removal rates of TOC and TN are 70% and 44.9% respectively, and the removal rate of characteristic pollutants DMAC and acrylonitrile is 100%. Acrylic fiber wastewater contains difficult biodegradable substances and it is difficult to reach the discharge standard by biological treatment alone , The water needs follow-up treatment.
