一、前言 三道茶是云南大理白族人民传统的饮茶习俗,有较悠久的历史,有十分丰富的文化内涵。它是通过精心焙烤,分道加进各种佐料,依次品饮的一整套方法,是增进友谊、修身养德的一种品茶形式。它把提倡高尚的情操,敬老爱幼,廉洁奉献,清雅滋爱,追求哲理的茶德渗透到各道程序。把物质文明和精神文明融为一体,把茶与茶点、茶礼、茶艺连成一线。这一民俗已进入人们日常生活,形成独具一格的品饮技艺。“一苦二甜三
