弗洛特克斯(Floatex)比重分选机主要由脱水圆锥分级机上方的干涉沉降分级机组成。粗粒级底流排矿由悬浮室内悬浮体的比重来自动控制。弗氏比重分选机性能稳定,分级物料的最佳粒度区间为850~75微米,在其设计极限内,机械性能与给矿吨位及矿浆比重的变化无关。本文讨论了弗洛特克斯比重分选机的运行原理和设计依据。为了有可能从分级给矿的粒度组成,预测其在任一标准分级粒度情况下所能得到的分级产品,文中还以简单、方便的表格形式给出了实用数据。此外,讨论了弗氏分选机作为脱泥设备,以及在选煤和云母方面的应用。考虑了比重及矿粒形状对分级效果的影响。探索了本分选机在金属矿闭路磨矿分级流程中的可能应用。
The Floatex Gravity Separator consists mainly of an interference sedimentation classifier above the dewatering cone classifier. The coarse-grained underflow discharge is automatically controlled by the specific gravity of the suspension in the suspension chamber. Freudenst gravimetric separator performance is stable, the best particle size range of graded material is 850 to 75 microns, within its design limits, the mechanical properties have nothing to do with the change of ore tonnage and pulp gravity. This article discusses the operation principle and design basis of Flaxx gravity separator. In order to make it possible to predict the grading products that can be obtained with any given grading of grading from the grading composition of graded ore, practical data are also presented in the form of a simple, convenient tabulation. In addition, Freudenberg’s sorting machine is discussed as a desliming equipment, as well as in coal preparation and mica applications. The effect of gravimetric and mineral particle shape on grading effect was considered. This paper explores the possible application of this sorting machine in the process of metal ore closed-circuit grinding and grading.
