采摘茶叶是茶树栽培的目的,亦是培养树势的重要措施,因此,茶叶采摘是保证茶叶品质及茶树持续优质高产的重要一环。早在50年代我国就提倡早采嫩摘,按一芽二三叶标准采制大宗红、绿茶。60年代初广大茶叶工作者对茶叶采摘问题进行了大量的试验研究,提出了一系列因地、因树、因茶类制宜的采摘方法,广大茶农在长期的生产实践中也深刻地认识到合理采摘的重要性和必要性。然而,近些年来由于种种原因,茶叶的合理采摘问题普遍被忽视,采摘粗放,品质下降,给茶叶生产造成了严重后果。
