The authors report 10 cases of grade Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ astrocytoma after subtotal resection, BCNU carotid artery injection chemotherapy results. The group of 7 males and 3 females; aged 45 to 71 years old, the body and nervous system in good condition (karnofsky index> 40), blood biochemistry
