自1987年国务院发布《国营企业劳动争议处理暂行规定》以来,各级劳动争议仲裁委员会积极妥善地处理了大量劳动争议案件,有效地维护了部分企业和职工双方的合法权益,为消除不安定因素,维护安定团结的政治局面作出了贡献。现将这方面的几项主要统计数字分析如下:一、五年来劳动争议仲裁委员会受理劳动争议案件数量,前四年上升,最后一年略有减少1986年10月至1990年底各级劳动争议仲裁委员会共受理劳动争议案件34,678起。其中,
