目的 :研究 1 3种常用抗肿瘤药物的抗菌效果。方法 :用微量法测定 1 3种抗肿瘤药物对 1 3种细菌的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)和最低杀菌浓度 (MBC)。结果 :丝裂霉素、平阳霉素、阿霉素、更生霉素、柔红霉素、表阿霉素 6种药物的MIC为 2 0× 1 0 -2 mol·L-1~ 3 1× 1 0 -7mol·L-1,其MBC为 4 0× 1 0 -2 mol·L-1~ 3 8× 1 0 -6mol·L-1。结论 :常用 6种抗肿瘤抗生素具有较好的抗菌作用 ,依次为丝裂霉素 >平阳霉素 >更生霉素 >阿霉素≥柔红霉素≥表阿霉素。
Objective: To study the antibacterial effect of 13 commonly used anti-tumor drugs. Methods: The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of 13 anticancer drugs against 13 kinds of bacteria were determined by microtiter method. Results: The MICs of mitomycin, pingyangmycin, doxorubicin, dactinomycin, daunorubicin and epirubicin were 20 × 10 -2 mol·L -1 ~ 31 × 1 0 -7 mol·L-1 and the MBC was 40 × 10 -2 mol·L-1 ~ 38 × 10 -6 mol·L-1. CONCLUSION: The six anti-tumor antibiotics commonly used have good antibacterial activity, followed by mitomycin, bleomycin, dactinomycin, doxorubicin, daunorubicin and epirubicin.
